1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the senangcuci platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you agree to be fully bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of senangcuci services.

2 Member Eligibility

3 Account Registration & Management

• Transferring or selling your account to another party is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

7 Rules & Conduct During Play

All games offered at senangcuci use an independently certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes. Members agree to comply with the specific rules of each game as stated on the platform.

• The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the system. No appeals against valid game results will be entertained.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, senangcuci will use system records to determine a fair outcome.
• Members are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable during play. senangcuci is not liable for any disruptions caused by the member's own connectivity issues.
• The use of automated software (bots), artificial intelligence, or any unauthorised external assistance tools during gameplay is strictly prohibited.

8 Prohibited Conduct & Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the senangcuci platform and may result in immediate account termination without any compensation:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using unauthorized credit cards or payment methods belonging to another party.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Uploading or distributing malicious software, viruses, or harmful code through our platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or terrorist financing activities through our platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members or senangcuci staff.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your true location in order to access services from a restricted jurisdiction.

Senangcuci cooperates fully with relevant authorities in investigations related to illegal activity and will disclose account information when required by law.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

Senangcuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time if there is reasonable evidence that the member has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• In the event of a suspension, the account will be temporarily frozen while an investigation is carried out by our security team.
• Members whose accounts are frozen are not permitted to make any deposits, wagering, or withdrawals until the investigation is concluded.
• If a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently terminated and any balance associated with the violating activity may be forfeited.
• Members may also request to close their account at any time by contacting our support team.

For valid balances in accounts closed at the member's own request, senangcuci will process the withdrawal within a reasonable timeframe once identity verification is complete.

10 Liability Limits & Disclaimers

• Senangcuci's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total active deposit balance held in your account at the time of the incident.
